Ultra Catcher Terms of Service

Welcome to use the mobile application "Ultra Catcher" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") developed and operated by "Gamerz Nation Tech Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") . When you complete account registration or start using the services of this App, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using this App immediately.

I. Service Content

This App is a utility program currently provided in a free format for users to download and use.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or adjust the charging model of this service (including but not limited to launching paid value-added features, subscription models, or embedding advertisements in the future) at any time, and the Company may adjust, change, stop, or terminate part or all of the service content based on operational needs without bearing individual notification or compensation responsibilities to users.

II. User Eligibility and Minor Protection

If you are a person with limited capacity or no capacity for civil conduct (a minor under a specific age or a person subject to the order of the commencement of guardianship/assistance according to the laws of the Republic of China), you must have your legal representative (or guardian) read, understand, and agree to all contents of these Terms before you may register an account or use this service.

III. Account Registration, Security, and Suspension Rules

You are obligated to properly safeguard your account and password, and bear full responsibility for all actions taken after logging into this account.
If you discover that your account has been misappropriated or there are any security issues, please notify the Company immediately.
Users may apply to delete their accounts and terminate services at any time in the manner specified by this App.
After the account is terminated, the Company may retain relevant necessary data of the account within a necessary scope for a certain period according to relevant legal regulations or operational needs.

IV. User Prohibitions and Illegal Conduct

You promise to use this App in a legal and proper manner.
Users shall not use this App to engage in any behavior that violates the laws of the Republic of China, public order and good morals, commits fraud, infringes upon the rights of third parties (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights), or misappropriates the name of others.
In addition, you shall not engage in actions specifically including but not limited to the following:
- 1. Maliciously destroying, interfering with, or restricting the Company's servers, network systems, computer hosts, or any hardware and software equipment related to this App.
- 2. Using any technology or methods (such as Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, malicious packets, crawlers, etc.) with the intent to paralyze or increase the burden on the Company's servers.
- 3. Cracking, Reverse Engineering, Decompiling, or Disassembling any part of this App.
If the Company discovers or reasonably suspects that a user has violated the above regulations or any content of these Terms, the Company may directly restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's account and service usage rights (including but not limited to forced cancellation or blocking of the account) based on the severity of the violation, without being required to provide further compensation, indemnification, or bear the responsibility of individual notification.

V. Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Company does not guarantee that this service will fully meet your needs, nor does it guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free.
The Company shall not bear any compensation liability for service suspension, interruption, or data loss caused by telecommunication network disconnections, system maintenance, hardware failures, or force majeure events.
This software is strictly provided for users to use as a legal and legitimate tool.
Users clearly understand and agree that when using this software, they must comply with the service terms and regulations of relevant third-party platforms, games, or services.
If a user's third-party account (including but not limited to game accounts or platform accounts) is suspended, restricted, Banned, or deleted due to the user's improper use, violation of third-party regulations, or any reasons not attributable to the Company, such consequences are solely the user's personal conduct and responsibility, and the Company shall not bear any form of legal liability, compensation, or indemnification obligations for this.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not bear any liability for compensation or indemnification for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data corruption, computer or mobile phone failure, or other monetary losses) arising from the user's use or inability to use this App.

VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Court

The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
If any disputes arise from this service or these Terms, both parties shall negotiate and resolve them based on the principle of good faith; if litigation ensues as a result, both parties agree to the Taiwan New Taipei District Court as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
